Like Joseph the Dreamer in the bible, I feel like I have been through the pit of life, been a slave to 9 - 5 jobs that took me away from my family but still didn't pay the bills, and I have been in my own prison of unfulfillment. But because I know in Whom I believe and because I love my family and want to give them the best life possible, I dare to dream.
I dream about the day that my work as an artist will be recognized. I dream of the day when I can pay off my mortgage and renovate my home. I dream of the day that I can buy my dream Toy Hauler to transport my transfigured art windows and still take my precious family with me to art shows and not have to worry about expensive hotels bills any more. I dream of the day when I can give my wife her dream Montessori Home School to help not just our children but other kids as well. I dream of the day when Gallery Languedoc will open it's doors right in my own backyard.
My dreams may sound to some people as wishful thinking. To me that's faith thinking. I believe that anything is possible. Faith is not what I can see but what I hope for and cannot see.
So to everyone out there who feels beaten down by life, you must Dream Big. The best is yet to come for you. A new beginning starts today. Stand on God's promises for life.
